When will my order arrive?

• 12oz & 16.9oz ribbed bottles are produced in 15 business days.

• 8oz bottles are produced on the 5th of each month for orders with artwork approved 3 weeks prior.

• 16.9oz smooth bottles are produced on the 15th of each month for orders with artwork approved 3 weeks prior.

After production, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 1-5 business days (freight transit times for larger orders may take longer).

How are the bottles shipped?

Across the US, small orders (<18 cases) are generally shipped via UPS Ground in boxes while larger orders are shipped via UPS or 3rd-party freight on pallets.

Bottled Events is committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible and uses multiple carriers to deliver your branded water order efficiently.

Please note palletized shipments will require a forklift or a dock accessible by an 18-wheeler. In the absence of these, Bottled Events will connect you with shippers that offer “Liftgate Delivery”.

Liftgate Delivery hires the shipper to deposit the water next to the truck.

Rush Orders are approved on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 12 cases (288 bottles). This minimum applies to all bottle sizes and allows us to provide custom label production at a competitive price.

Can I order larger quantities?

Absolutely. Many Bottled Events customers order thousands of bottles for trade shows, conferences, golf tournaments, dealerships, hotels, grand openings, and promotional events.

Custom Product Policy

Because every order is custom printed specifically for your event, custom bottled water orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or otherwise not as expected, please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. You will never pay return shipping, and there is no need to send anything back.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders canceled before production begins are refunded in full, less a small processing fee (approximately 3%) that covers non-refundable payment processing costs. Once production has begun, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order ships, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we work with reliable shipping partners, Bottled Events cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is in transit.

If your event has a firm deadline, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can review production schedules and transit times for your location.
